Delivery as soon as we ship your package and the mode of delivery:

- Metropolitan France (incl. Corsica): 48 hours.

- Europe: delay from 3 to 5 working days.

- Rest of the world: delay from 5 to 10 working days depending of the destination.

These delays are indicative only based on stocks from our suppliers and the time of receipt of goods. We usually process all orders the same day. It takes about 4 working days from the time you place your order on our website and the time we send it to you. All items are shipped upon receipt of payment, payment by credit card guarantees the timely processing of your order.

For member countries of the European Union, intra-Community sales are done with French VAT at 20%. However, a tax exemption is possible if the buyer is subject to VAT and provided us a valid VAT number. VAT should still be declared in the country of destination by the purchaser.

For non-EU countries, sales are exempt from VAT. However, the customer should still declared the VAT of the country upon receipt of the goods.

PRO-COMMERCES reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

Subject to the Conditions of Sale , the customer has the option to cancel an order placed online when the order is not to "Shipped" stage. The user needs to contact our Customer Service by using the online form . It is necessary to indicate in all correspondence the order number to be canceled. The order will be also delete.

Products sold on this website are subject to availability. In this context, it is indicated whether the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or modifications are beyond our control and can not be held responsible. The customer chooses the delivery method when placing an order online. This method is irrevocable once the validation of the order placed.

If the products are deliver on a different dates because of their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. However, PRO-COMMERCES reserves the right to split shipments. PRO-COMMERCES can not be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

You need to check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note and indicate on it some reserves accompanied by your signature or any anomaly concerning the delivery (error, damaged product ...). For shipments with Colissimo, if after receiving the package, you find that a product has been damaged during shipment, you must ABSOLUTELY declare the problem to your local post office within 48 business hours of signing the slip reception. In the case of a defective or nonconforming product, PRO-COMMERCES agrees to refund or exchange the products that don't match your order after you have declare your claim in your account.

Customer Service will ask you to return the products. In the case of return carrier, shipping and return will be refunded upon proof of the Post. However, the amount of reimbursement of return can not exceed 1.5 times the amount of shipping charged.

We only accept exchange or refund for complete products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) with the original purchase invoice . Computer software, CDs and DVDs, unpacking by the customer are not refundable or exchangeable.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product that doesn't suit you: the price of the product(s) purchased(s) will be refund after receipt by PRO-COMMERCES and that, within 8 days for card payments and 30 days for check payments. Shipping fees and return are your responsibility. Products can be ship back to PRO-COMMERCES.COM - 2 rue Professeur Joseph Renaut 69008 LYON / FRANCE.

This right of return will only be accepted for complete products in their original state (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) with the original purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled can not be taken back.

Computer software, CDs and DVDs, unpacking by the customer are not refundable or exchangeable.

No sending in against refund will be accepted for whatever reason.
